Privacy policy
Last updated 1 September 2026
This policy covers the website at y0gme1ster.com. y0gme1ster is one person making small Mac apps.
What this site collects
The site counts which pages are read and which links are clicked. That runs on PostHog, on servers in the EU.
No cookie is set, nothing is written to your browser's storage, no profile is built, and your IP address is not kept. There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms, so there is nothing else for the site to collect.
Buying an app
The apps are sold through Gumroad. When you start a trial or buy, Gumroad is the merchant of record and handles the transaction, your payment details and your receipt. Gumroad's own privacy policy governs that data, and I never see your card details.
The apps themselves
The apps run on your Mac and do their work on-device. Where an app needs to check a license or look for an update it sends only the minimum required, such as a hashed machine identifier and a license key, and never your documents, screenshots or other content. See the individual app for its own details.
Your data and contact
The page statistics identify nobody, so there is nothing here to access, correct or delete. For anything to do with a purchase, use Gumroad's account tools or contact me through the Gumroad store.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
